For Business Schools

We offer courses in French Gastronomy dedicated to business schools worldwide. Courses can be given either in presence or remotely. Typical duration is 16 hours but can be tailored to specific needs.

Biztronomy courses are designed for future business managers and entrepreneurs. History and Art de Vivre are presented accompanied by a business perspective, so as to bring immediate relevance, in addition to enriching general culture.

For Secondary School

Through our network of passionate gastronomers, we provide one hour presentations on the history and importance of gastronomy, offering the younger generation a better understanding of the qualitative, social and environmental impacts of Gastronomy.
