Michel Garval

Met over a glass of Côtes du Rhône in the magical setting of the iconic Passage Vivienne, renowned for its proximity to Grimod de la Reynière's gourmet itinerary, Michael Garval enchanted us with his knowledge and passion for the history of gastronomy in general and his expertise on Grimod de la Reynière in particular. We're really looking forward to hearing him!
