His roots are at the root of his convictions. Grandparents and parents who were farmers, that's something! Stéphane BRUNERIE has worked for over 20 years in the food industry. After Mars, he worked for 14 years at St Michel Biscuits, where he was Marketing and Offer Director for the St Michel and Bonne Maman brands. He created "Le Sens de l'Alimentation®" and now supports food industry players in innovation and marketing. He is also the creator of StripFood®, a medium dedicated to the food transition for food decision-makers, and co-creator with Diane Leroy of the Food Paradoxa® trend book.
